Sample Performance Work Statements (SLA)
Performance Work Statements (PWS) specify the requirements for services to be performed under a task order. A well developed PWS will define work to be completed in measurable, mission-related terms (requirements or outcomes), measurable performance standards tied to requirements or outcomes, a plan and methodology for measuring performance against standards, and performance incentives.
